Our cattle are bred, fed, and raised on our family farm in Elmwood, Nebraska.

We use a certification program that collects data on the breed history and the veterinary care of every animal.

We do not give our cattle hormones, steroids, or animal bi-products.

The highest safety and quality standards as well as strict animal welfare are used to closely monitor our cattle.

They are free ranged grazed in our pastures and then full fed for 220 days.

Our beef is processed at a local family owned USDA inspected processing plant in Diller, Nebraska.

All of our beef is approximately 90-93 % lean.
